Lifetime warranty for defects in material and workmanship
Support and Warranty will be provided for Brinks Padlocks that were purchased from an authorized dealer only. Warranty is void and product quality cannot be guaranteed for any Brinks Padlock product that is purchased from sellers other than our authorized dealers.
Receipt proof of purchase is required before support can begin. Failure to provide receipt proof of purchase will void the warranty.
Our Consumer is required to cover the shipping costs for warranty replacement items.

Forgotten Combination
Purchased from an unauthorized dealer
Purchase from a Liquidator
Purchase outside the continental US
