If lock box is stuck closed try inputting set code and tug on the ridges located on both sides of the lid. If that does not work, there is no failsafe way to open the lock if the combination is unknown. Try to pry or break it open. A locksmith would also have tools to pry or break it open, however locksmith fees are not covered by the warranty.
