The privacy function is designed for doors that need to be locked from the inside and unlocked from the outside in case of emergency. Constructed with an all-metal, tubular chassis, this lock is designed for light commercial and residential application. The lock is versatile and can fit doors from 1-3/8 in. to 2 in. thick. It meets or exceeds ANSI Grade 2 standards and is ADA compliant.
